Setting Business Goals - Level 2

You've got your business idea or you've set your business up. Next you have to decide what are your short and long term goals and how you will achieve them. Come along to this 3-part accredited course to bring your business to the next step!

Introducing this new accredited training, funded through the European Social Fund, where you will complete one unit of a Level 2 qualification!

About this training

The interactive course will be two 3 hour sessions covering:

- What are business goals?

- Tips for setting business goals

- Short and long term business goals

- Using SWOT to measure your business health

- Use SMART method to set business goals

The course will help clients to identify the goals and objectives to develop your business.

*NB* The training will take place over 2 sessions in person on Friday 23rd September, &Friday 30th September, 1:30pm - 4:30pm

Eligibility:

This programme is open to people living and working in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton)
