DIXON BIO:

Few artists walk the line between past and future as well as Dixon.

As a DJ, he cuts a striking figure behind decks, rising from Berlin beginnings among the original pioneers of electronic music. Over a career, he has evolved his sound into something visionary, running renowned record label ​Innervisions with Frank Wiedemann and Kristian Rädle of Ȃme. His ear for the perfect mix eventually brought down Resident Advisor’s Top DJs Poll, after taking out first place for its last four years running. However, Dixon’s ambition has driven a calling into wider fields of fashion and technology, expanding what it means to be a contemporary innovator.

Early on, a young Dixon was already remixing for the likes of Femi Kuti with his version of “Victim of Life” in 2000. His reputation as a remixer sprung out of edits hidden within his sets, adjusting tracks to give his own mixing an edge. Dixon’s edits were for himself, but became infamously in demand for friends and high profile artists, with takes on The **’s “Tides” and Disclosure’s “Boiling” in 2013. Major recognition came in 2017 when Depeche Mode asked him to remix their iconic anthem “Cover Me”, and the following year reworking LCD Soundsystem’s “i used to”. Recently, Dixon’s 2019 interpretation of Kelsey Lu’s “Why Knock For You” revealed his genre-bending take on today’s dance music.

Translating this view into running ​Innervisions​ earned success from creating constellations within the label’s universe. To distribute their carefully crafted sound, ​Muting The Noise​ came to be in 2010. Dixon remains key in their music selection, always saving unreleased tracks to bump his own sets above the rest. Throwing parties from ​Innervisions’​ essence led to ​Lost In A Moment​ forming as an events agency. Leaving no trace behind, offbeat locations are prioritised as the backdrop for the label’s otherworldly showcases. ​To gather other like-minded artists, a booking agency ​Temporary Secretary was born in 2017, where Dixon still sits among an impressive roster of talent.

However, his holistic interest in nightlife culture meant pushing the clubbing envelope further. In 2017, he co-founded fashion label ​Together We Dance Alone​, with its creative director Ana Ofak​. ​The brand’s vision translates clubwear into the digital age and gazes at a future melded with machines. All designs are co-created with collaborators and friends in unique capsule drops, linked by the core concept of layering. Dixon’s fashion conscience has since synced up with some of the best in the industry. He was asked to provide soundtracks for four seasons of Riccardo Tisci’s ​Givenchy​ runway shows and in 2018 was handpicked as a muse for Virgil Abloh’s first season of Louis Vuitton’s Men’s.

In 2018 Dixon even caught the eye of video game giant ​Rockstar. ​A 3D-mapped Dixon mixed his way into the ​Grand Theft Auto V ​2018 expansion pack ​GTA Online: After Hours. ​Sparking his interest in the digital, he became the first of four DJs to enter virtual reality for players to choose as a soundtrack to their online nightclub.

With these projects building up a layered approach to clubbing, Dixon set to work on his technology platform ​Transmoderna i​ n 2019​. ​Its concept co-exists as a physical and digital space for music, art, fashion, technology and club culture to overlap. Now, as an established sphere for creatives of mixed disciplines, ​Transmoderna​ has moved its Ibiza event space from ​Pacha Ibiza​ to ​DC-10​. Amidst COVID-19, ​Transmoderna’s​ online persona expanded with an immersive mixed reality stream for Boiler Room, with Dixon now set to take the venture even further into undefined club territory online.

Using music to melt through other art forms, Dixon’s strength is found in his transcendent dancefloor moments. Echoed in a flawless aesthetic, his performances feel both safe and unpredictable, with this singular sense of balance seeing his global appeal widen year after year.

AVANGART TABLDOT Bio:

Avangart Tabldot was conceptualized by like-minded childhood friends Ata, Aytek, and Semih. Their multidisciplinary creative backgrounds in fashion, filmmaking, painting, and visual arts have played a pivotal role in forming their ultimate persona as AT.

Each one with his unique inspiration and cross-genre taste ranging from classics to cutting-edge sounds, their productions and DJ sets are always an unmatched blend with one and only rule…bring the groove! The fun battle dynamic between the trio reflects well on the outcome, as an organic blend of the music they make and the music they play - creating a collective work of art as they call it.

Avangart Tabldot first got recognized internationally after their debut release “Baladi” on Berlin-based Vinyl on Demand, supported by the Keinemusik crew. This momentum led the trio to release “Chemicals” on Frankey & Sandrino’s Sum Over Histories in late 2021. AT kept on bringing the groove with back-to-back releases in 2022: first a follow-up piece on Sum Over Histories with “AHBC”; next “Strangest Nights”, a 2-track EP on another solid Berlin label SOLIDE; then “Jaxa” as a part of Spektrum 4 VA by Adana Twins’ TAU; and quickly followed up Deja Vu Remix via Madorasindahouse; their debut on Adriatique’s Siamese, “Way Back Home”.

Starting 2023 strong with “Way Back Home” on Adriatique’s Siamese and “Ralph” on Frau Blau, the trio soon launched their own imprint Crib Records with a 3-track EP, “My God, You Never Loved Me”. During Off-Sónar in Barcelona, they introduced a brand new event series, “Looking For A Crib”, a concept promising their ever-growing global audience a peculiar musical journey with unique and intimate experiences, carefully curated to showcase each artist, venue and city involved with CRIB. In July, one of the most-anticipated tracks of the year, “Secret Places” feat. Echonomist was released via Innervisions and became an instant summer anthem to get Avangart Tabldot recognized worldwide.

SANTIAGO GARCIA Bio:

The room gets flooded by a bass, gently, like a rising tide. A wave, slowly dragging you into the steel grey ocean. When describing the music of Santiago Garcia, metaphors of nature and ancient tales seem just adequate.

The born and bred in Buenos Aires, Santiago Garcia today resides in Spain. He creates an

intelligent, never too pushy but always deliciously challenging sound that works on big festival stages just as well as on trippy after-hours. A unique balance, hitting that sweet spot that did not only make him well known in the South American Electronic Music Scene, but that led him to be discovered by the Innervisions Crew who quickly invited him to release on their Sublabel Exit Strategy and no much time after that invited to release music on Innervisions.

Now, Garcia’s smart, emotionally accentuated sound can be heard and danced to all over the clubs on Ibiza during summer. Solomun, Tale Of Us, Black Coffee, Âme and Dixon are only a few of the well-known artists into whose record bags he has made it. To continue developing his unique sound.

Playing shows at Bedouin ́s Saga event based in Ibiza, having collaborations with them and Blond:ish. Releases on Human by Default, Sum Over Histories, Warung Recordings, Moblack, TAU are all pointing in one direction: Out to the steel black ocean, prepared to
