About this event

Most leadership advice tells you to have the vision, inspire the team, and drive results. But what if the best leaders do something completely different?

This month's Circle session explores a radical idea: that your job isn't to be the smartest person in the room — it's to build a room where the smartest ideas can emerge from everyone in it.

We'll watch a short talk together that challenges everything you think you know about leading teams, then dig into what it actually means in practice — in your role, your organisation, your sector.

What to expect

This isn't a lecture. The Circle is a small, reflective workshop space where women in leadership come to think out loud, challenge assumptions, and support each other. Expect honest conversation, a bit of discomfort (the good kind), and the odd moment where someone says exactly the thing you needed to hear.

Who it's for

Women in any sector or stage of leadership — whether you manage a team of 2 or 200, or you're stepping into leadership for the first time. You don't need to prepare anything. Just bring yourself and a willingness to think differently about how you lead.
