This 8 week class will be perfect for beginner and new sewers to develop skills and confidence with their sewing machine. Projects will be set each week with a focus on a new learned skill each week. Skills include: straight sewing, overlocking, inserting zippers, upcycling, patchwork using offcuts, sewing stretch fabrics. There are also a host of amazing tips and tricks learnt in every lesson that will help you with all your sewing projects.
Projects include: Tote bags, zipped bags, reused denim patchwork cushions, laptop beanbags and gloves or slippers.
All materials, machines and tools provided. $320 for the 8 week term.
