What is Set Pace Padel?

Set Pace is bringing our community to the padel courts. Whether you've played before or you've never picked up a racket, this is your chance to try something new, move your body, and connect with the Set Pace family in a different way.

This isn't about being the best player. It's about showing up, learning together, and having a laugh while we do it.

No experience necessary. All levels welcome.

What to Expect

📍 Location: House of Sport, Cardiff, Clos Parc Morgannwg, CF11 8AW
⏰ Time: 5:30 – 7
🎾 Format: Mixed ability doubles. We'll rotate partners so everyone gets to play with different people.
👟 What to bring: Trainers, water and an open mind if its your first time! Movement is play not perfection. Rackets provided if needed.

Sessions are structured but relaxed:

• Quick intro/warm-up
• Doubles matches (rotating partners)
• Post-game hang

Set Pace members only.

We train with intention, not ego. We value presence over pressure. And we hold each other to a standard without losing care.

Padel is just another way we move together :)

Price: £10 per person
(Covers court hire and any equipment rental)

Spaces are limited. We've booked 2 courts for 8 people max.

Perfect. Neither have half of us. That's the point.

Padel is like tennis meets squash – played on a smaller court with walls you can bounce off. It's easier to pick up than tennis, more social, and ridiculously fun.

We'll show you the basics. The rest is just turning up and giving it a go.

Set Pace is a grassroots fitness community in Cardiff built on the principle of "Love in Motion." We run weekly sessions including run clubs, Hyrox training, kids sessions, and outdoor adventures.

We're not a gym. We're not a sports team. We're a family that moves together.
