It’s that time folks! We are hosting our first official event at a classic spot, Kellogg Creek! This event is going to be two person team comp with thirty gates over three courses, winches or straps will be a must! We recommend getting there early to get setup and get checked in, drivers meeting is at 10:15 and we hope to hit the courses by 10:30. The classes and scoring are as follows:
Street class- any rig with tires 3.85” and under, hardbody required
Modified class- any rig with tires 4.19” and under
Trail class- any rig with tires up to 4.75”
No tires larger than 4.75”, no tube chassis (truggy allowed), no MOA or SOA rigs. No DIG or rear steering allowed.
Penalties-
Tumble +3 points
Rollover +5 points
Gate +10 points
Boundary +10 points
Reposition or repair +10 points
Tumble is anytime the vehicle rolls even if self righted.
Rollover is when vehicle cannot be righted and is manually rolled left or right.
Use of recovery systems or teammates vehicle is allowed and won’t count as rollover only penalty will be the tumble.
Bonus Points-
Hardbody -7 points
Hardbody with interior -12 points
3.85” and under tires -10 points
4.19” and under tires -5 points
Lexan interior cover -3 points
Leaf spring suspension -4 points per axle
Flat rail chassis rigs will get +7 points
Bonus/negative points will be applied for each course. These rules may be changed as we see fit.
Notes specific to Kellogg: While we do not charge to run, parking is $5. The ticket machine is up the hill across the parking lot from the bathrooms. Parking on the bottom lot is restricted to boats, so you will have to walk down. They will write you a warning/ticket if you park in the wrong area or you don't display the ticket on your dash.
