Sessions at Stained Glass Vol. 20 | featuring Benny Benack III

Sessions at Stained Glass is a monthly concert series from the music studio of Peter Smith. For vol.20, we will feature the incredible Benny Benack III on trumpet and vocal. Benny is one of the top young players in Jazz today, on ANY instrument. He tours the world leading his own bands and as a featured guest with the best players in Jazz. We'll be fresh from our Libretto performance in Paso Robles the night before. Joining Benny are Peter Smith on piano, the first-call LA bassist Luca Alemanno, and another young world-renowned player, Kyle Poole on drums. Don't miss this.

There will be light refreshments served, free of charge.

Stained Glass Music Studio is located in the First Baptist Church of Pasadena. Parking meters are not enforced on Sunday. Alternately, you can park in the garage at 150 E. Holly Street 91101. You can park in any blank spot or any spot marked "First Baptist Church." Bring in your garage ticket for validation. Someone will meet you at the front door on Marengo and guide you upstairs. Important*: there are two short flights from the second floor (8 steps each) up to the studio, which are unavoidable. There is no elevator access to the space itself.
