Sessions and Sail are headed for Australia in February 2025 for our first ever Southern Hemisphere voyage!We'll partner with beautiful Sydney-based brigantine Søren Larsen - bringing along some of our regular Sessions and Sail tutors, including with Pepita Emmerichs and Theo Barnard (Rain of Animals); and Sessions and Sail founder Barry Nisbet, who sailed for several years as Mate and Master of the Søren Larsen - to offer our unique mix of sailing and folk music sessions; with tuition, workshops and more.

No sailing experience required; all levels of musical ability welcome. At least 50% of the persons in each booking should be players; all forms of folk music welcomed but we have particular expertise in Bluegrass, Scottish/Shetland Trad, and Songwriting styles.
