Join Montana State University Extension for an in-person ANSI-accredited ServSafe® Food Protection Manager class.
This course covers key food safety principles including preventing foodborne illness, proper time and temperature control, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. This course prepares participants to meet Food Protection Manager certification requirements. Instruction is led by Yellowstone County Family & Consumer Sciences Extension Agent Erin Gregory, a certified instructor, with time for discussion, questions, and applied learning alongside others working in the food industry.
