This one-day training is designed to fully prepare you for the ServSafe Manager Certification exam administered at the end of the day. Here’s what you’ll gain:

• ✨ Class Start: 9:00 AM
• ✨ Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM (students are responsible for their own lunches). Complimentary coffee and tea will be provided throughout the day.
• ✨ Exam Start: Approximately 4:00 PM

Most students finish the exam and leave between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM, though up to two hours for exam completion is available. Plan to stay until 6:00 PM to ensure minimal stress around exam time.

• Can I complete this online? While online options exist, our in-person class is faster, more engaging, and significantly more effective.
• Is this certification required? Yes, most states mandate that retail food establishments have at least one CFPM on staff.
