This class leads to the ServSafe Certified Food Protection Managers Certificate for the State of Nevada and California. The ServSafe certificate is ANSI certified and transfers to any state and county within the US. Training covers the following concepts; The Importance of Food Safety, Good Personal Hygiene, Time and Temperature Control, Preventing Cross-Contamination, Cleaning and Sanitizing, Safe Food Preparation, Receiving and Storing Food, and Methods of Thawing, Cooking, Cooling and Reheating Food.
