About this Event
Join the Balanced Veterans Network (BVN) and Dispensary 33 for a special community event dedicated to helping veterans access a free medical card to celebrate Veterans Day. BVN and Dispensary 33 will cover the state fees, helping eligible veterans navigate the application process with support along the way.
WHAT TO BRING 📝🪪
- Current government-issued ID or driver’s license
- Proof of residence
- Access to your VA paperwork

- A picture of your face with an all white background
*A personal laptop is encouraged to help you complete the online application and set up your medical patient portal swiftly, however it is not required.
When you create a new patient medical portal account, be sure to have a secure place to store your password.
ON SITE SUPPORT ♡
We will have reps on site to help along the way, as well as light refreshments.
IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INFO ℹ️
Please plan to arrive at your slot time. Veterans who arrive during the final 30 minutes of the event (3:00–3:30 PM) may not have enough time to complete the process with on-site assistance.
If you arrive during this time, you may need to attend a future event or take home informational materials to complete the process independently.
We encourage everyone to arrive with enough time to receive assistance! Each slot should take up to 15 minutes.
