Please note that this is an in-person training. The training aims to provide you with helpful tools to gain clarity and access your best state of mind. We will begin by understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the physiological effects of toxic stress. We will share a strength-based perspective to promote healing and resilience.

This interactive online training is appropriate for everyone, and we kindly request that you have your video camera on throughout the session. We will send you a PDF file of the training materials, which you should print before the training. Please also have colored markers, pens, or crayons ready during the training.
