Jennifer Ball, Chief Operating Officer at Central Atlanta Progress
As COO of CAP, Jennifer impacts many facets of the people-centered growth of a thriving and economically viable Downtown Atlanta. In addition to supporting business operations, she also directs economic development, urban planning, transportation, and public realm initiatives. Jennifer holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Georgia Tech College of Design.

Sally Riker, VP of Strategy + Growth at Atlas Technical Consultants
Sally has 27+ years in A/E/C. She chaired the Council for Quality Growth in 2024 and serves on SAME, ULI, and UGA boards. A strategic leader, she shapes policy, leadership, and mentorship. She led efforts to conserve 30 acres in Atlanta and champions infrastructure, sustainability, and community growth, making a lasting impact in Georgia.

Paul Supawanich, Global Director of Programs Employer at Global Designing Cities InitiativePaul Supawanich is Director of Programs at the Global Designing Cities Initiative, leading global efforts to promote safe, equitable, and sustainable street design. With 15+ years’ experience, he’s worked with cities worldwide to improve transport, livability, and safety. He holds degrees from Georgia Tech and UC Berkeley in engineering and city planning.
