Serve Day is our semi-annual one-day outreach event on October 23, 2021. It is an exciting opportunity for us, the local church, to go into our communities and love our neighbors. This May, whether through a Small Group or by joining a Serve Day project, come be a part of serving our communities and sharing the love of Jesus through simple, practical acts of service. We would love your participation. Identify what types of projects you are interested to serve in using the first form below. You will be serving with your small group, family, and/or a group with the same serving interests as you, so make sure to specify your group if you have one.
Also, this day isn’t possible without your project nominations. If you or someone you know could use an extra set of hands, submit a project using the second form below. Here are a few ideas:
-Clean up a widow or single parent’s yard
-Help with home cleanup or repairs for those who are physically or financially unable to do it themselves
-Host a free car wash for the faculty of a local school
-Help with minor car repairs for the elderly, widows, or single parents
-Help with large trash runs to the dump
More details will come as the day approaches.
