Serve & Sweat: CrossFit® Shapesmiths x Net Social

Start your Sunday with tennis from 8–10:00 AM on the Wandsworth Common, followed by a relaxed coffee social (discounted) at the Skylark Cafe.

Serve & Sweat is an energising CrossFit Shapesmiths x Net Social collab that brings the CrossFit methodology to life through sport and community. One of the core tenets of CrossFit is to regularly learn and play new sports and that's exactly what this event is about. Facilitated Tennis Games, social 'knock-abouts' and more!

Whether you're a seasoned player or total beginner, come move & connect with your community! All levels welcome!
