Join us on April 18th at 8pm, as certified aerial performer and instructor, Pho3nix, guides us through the art of sensuality with chair work and grounded floor movement.
This workshop will explore fluid transitions, deep stretches, and intentional movements designed to help you feel embodied, confident, and unapologetically magnetic. Come shed tension, sink into your body, and embrace the beauty of slow, intentional movement.

About Pho3nix:
Pho3nix is an aerial performer and instructor certified through X-Pole, the world’s leader in dance and aerial fitness. Q: Who can participate?
A: Any and every one! Come with an open heart and mind!
Q: Do I need any prior dance experience to participate?
A: No! No dance experience is required. This workshop is beginner friendly.
Q: Do I need to bring anything to this workshop?
A: Suggested things to bring:
Water
Knee pads
Heels (preferably heels with ankle support)
Q: Is there something specific I should wear?
A: Whatever you feel comfortable/beautiful dancing in. Be mindful there will be times where we will be on the floor. For safety reasons: Be mindful of excessive/dangly like jewelry.
Q: What happens if I cannot do a particular move?
A: Please advise your instructor before class begins if you have any concerns (tight hip, pain etc). We will do our best to provide modifications for you to still participate. Please listen to your body and move in whatever way is best for you.
