Here’s how it works:

1. Guests arrive, grab cereal, coffee, and milk.
2. Only 4 community members pitch ideas (3 minutes each).
3. The audience can ask 3 questions.
4. Every attendee helps fund the prize through their ticket.
5. The audience votes.
6. One idea receives the funding collected that morning.

No venture capital.
No complicated applications.
