We begin with a grounding guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls and calming frequencies. The final portion of class is devoted to intentional rest, supported by gentle aromatherapy, soft lighting, and nurturing stillness.

Whether you're feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or simply in need of quiet space, this class offers a peaceful reset for your nervous system and spirit. No experience necessary—just bring a pillow and blanket and come as you are, ready to receive.

Please note doors will be closed at 2:15 to provide an immersion experience, refunds will not be provided for late arrival.
