Let's enjoy every last drop of Summer and savor it with this gentle flow practice under the stars and the full moon, the perfect time to tap into its power and practice a little self-care. Class will be held outside to harness the energy of the full moon on the RiverHeath Boardwalk.

This healing practice will be guided by Lauren Quella & Sandi Toppins and will start at twilight and close under the illumination of the moon. Elements of sound healing will encircle you throughout your practice as well as candlelight. In the event of unfavorable weather, this event will be in the studio on a first registered/first served basis.
