Maria del Carmen, a certified sound healer will guide you with soothing sounds of healing vibrations with her crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, Tibetan metal bowls, gong, and many other sacred tools designed to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. We understand the weight being carried during this political climate. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and find inner peace.

We will share our voices without judgment, experience a sound healing session, and then we'll break bread in community with a delicious mindful meal.
