September Yoga and Coffee on the lawn at Elvio's

Take in the beginnings of fall on the tip of the gorgeous Irondequoit Bay with a 45 minute slow flow style yoga class on the lawn at Elvio's Coffee. All classes are beginner friendly and welcome to everyone.

After class, head into Elvio's for a delicious beverage of choice (included in your ticket).

Please bring a mat and/or towel to practice on. A towel to place under your mat may be a good idea too.

This class will be outside, so wearing layers, sunscreen, and sunglasses is recommended.
