September Writing Retreat

If you would like to spend the day writing your thesis with the support of other postgraduates in the Faculty, ABLE runs monthly Writing Retreats on Level 7 of Ingkari Wardli. The Writing Retreats are a great opportunity to concentrate on your writing in a quiet space, alongside other students equally keen to dedicate a day to writing free from distractions. They are also a fantastic way to meet HDR students from other Schools, talk about your research, common interests and make friends.

Students come along with their computer, the research they want to work on, a coffee cup and lunch, to write from 9am until 5pm (or for fewer hours in between these times) in the company of others. There are regular breaks and morning tea is served.
