Please join us for our monthly New Moon gathering—an intimate evening of connection, nourishment, and restoration.
We’ll share a meal, drop into a guided Relating Awareness Meditation (T-group practice) with Stephanie Corona, and close with a dreamy sound bath offered by Jasmin Hallet.
This isn’t your typical gathering—it’s a space to slow down, drop in, and connect with yourself and others in a deeper, more present way.

🌀 About the Practice
T-group is a relational awareness meditation. We slow down and bring our focused attention to the present moment. This is a practice that supports self-awareness, presence, and deeper human connection. It helps you connect with your witnessing awareness, meet parts of your Self with compassion, and show up more fully in relationship—with yourself and others.
