September Stretch & Mingle Networking Event

The event will begin with introductions and a 20 minute beginner-friendly seated stretch exercise at Lowcountry Local First and led by The Flow Co Wellness, followed by mingling at Bevi Bene. (Please wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring a towel or yoga mat.)

Following the seated stretch, we will have 90 minutes of casual networking with entrepreneurs from all types of industries in the Charleston area. Bring your business cards and any other marketing materials you'd like to share, there will be a table available for display if needed.
