September Run 15km with Myrunspiration

Join our Leidsestraat store ambassador Mirjam for an amazing 10km run. As an ultramarathon runner, Mirjam is aware of how running is as much a mental challenge as it is physical. This event is designed to help you strengthen your mind-body connection, and see the positive impact that mindfulness can have on your running experience.

Event timings:

10:00 - Meeting at lululemon Leidsestraat 32 (where you can drop off your belongings)

10:15 - Leaving the store

12:00 Back to Leidsestraat store

*Pace conversational around 6:30min per Km.

*Finish back at the store.

Please plan your nutrition needs for the run, considering if you need a meal or snacks before or during. Bring any necessary food with you.

*After the run, we'll provide refreshments back at the store.

About Mirjam

Mirjam has been running for over 20 years and has used running as a tool to discover herself to deep levels. Running has been a constant in her life through many changes, and she has used it as an anchor in her life, constantly learning about the mind-body connection and exploring the themes of trust and change. She runs a blog called Myrunspiration, where she discusses these topics and engages with her community.

She just ran a 24h trail race. Her dream is to run a 100 mile Ultramarathon one day.She has run many marathons and ultramarathons in her career to date. Running to Mirjam is so much more than just a physical activity. She believes it has a profound impact on her mental health and well-being, gives her self-confidence, and helps her to find a sense of clarity and mindfulness. In short, it really is her happy place. She is passionate about sharing this with others, through her community work and social media, and hopes to help others find their happy place!
