Transition into your evening with an all-levels yoga flow. Beginners and all bodies are welcome to get energy flowing, open your body, build strength, and calm your mind.*** In case of inclement weather, rooftop classes will move inside the studio. Check IG and FB stories for updates.
*** CLASSES BY DONATION! ***
Classes are donation-based: an offering from our hearts to yours! Suggested donation is $20-$25, sliding-scale down to $10-$15 for low-income students. Cash preferred, Venmo @MishanaYoga, CashApp $MishanaYoga, PayPal (friends/family) or Zelle [email protected]. Please pay what you can and support our teachers, so we can keep classes going for everyone!
*** HOW TO FIND US ***
Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) We practice on top of the parking garage (Level 5). Restroom is inside Founded.
