For thousands of years, women have gathered beneath the light of the Full Moon to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with themselves, with one another, and with the rhythms of the natural world.
The moon reminds us that life isn't meant to be lived at full speed every day. It waxes and wanes, grows bright, then returns to darkness, teaching us that there is a season for beginning, a season for flourishing, a season for harvesting, and a season for rest.
The Full Moon is the time of greatest illumination. It invites us to ask:
What has come to fruition in my life?
As summer begins to soften into autumn, this Harvest Moon Red Tent is an opportunity to recognize how much you've grown before rushing on to what's next.
Together we'll explore:
• What has blossomed within you this year
• The strengths you've cultivated through both joy and challenge
• What you're ready to release before entering a new season
• The wisdom that's been quietly growing inside you all along
Through heartfelt conversation, journaling, a meaningful somatic ritual, meditation, and the support of sisterhood, we'll celebrate the harvest of our inner lives.
When we intentionally gather with the cycles of the moon, we give ourselves something our busy world rarely offers: a sacred moment each month to pause, notice, celebrate, and begin again.
