You're invited to an evening of networking and a meaningful conversation about mental health, with a focus on men's mental health.

This event falls on R U OK? Day, and while I hold a strong opinion on the awareness day, I plan to bring you a very different perspective on men's mental health and wellbeing.

As someone who has experienced burnout firsthand, I know how powerful it can be when we share our lived experience, aiming to break the stigma and remind us that a mental health crisis can affect anyone.
