Ryan Giesecke will talk about re-queening (benefits & downsides) for various beekeeping goals.
Ryan has been keeping and removing bees for over a decade, and is currently the president of the Texas Association of Professional Bee Removers.
He is past president of Metro Beekeepers Association in Fort Worth and past president of Trinity Valley Beekeepers Association in Dallas.
Ryan is a Texas Master Beekeeper, and went through Master Naturalist training with the North Texas chapter.
Passionate about bee and nature education, he does talks around the state and is working on a book of bee removal stories that should be available in 2026.
