Welcome to September's Lunch and Learn!
This month we're talking about pelvic health with Steph Bouwman. We'll be meeting at 55 Rankin St in Waterloo (yes, this comes up as a plumbing company, don't worry, it's the right address. When you see the showers, you'll know you're in the right place). Folks can also join virtually, and there may be the option for a recording if you can't make it.
Feel free to bring a lunch or snacks. There is a small step into the building, and there is a shop cat that has access to the showroom. Tea and coffee will be provided.
