Our topic is “Fall Ballot Questions” to help you get ready for this November 3rd election.
Learn before you mark your ballot! The question topics are:
1. Worship During Emergencies
2. Governor’s Partial Veto
3. Government “Preferential Treatment”
Program Information:
How much do you know about these state constitutional amendments? Do you know how each question will read, and what the impact would be if one or all of these amendments are passed by voters? This informational session will introduce you to what’s at stake, and where to locate additional resources that can be shared with your friends and family.

Speaker Information:
Rachel Snyder (she/her) joined Law Forward in 2025 with over a decade of legal practice experience, including years both in nonpartisan Wisconsin legislative service and with a private firm. Rachel’s work has covered a range of policy issues, including K-12 and higher education, state tribal relations, federal, state, and local tax and governance, nonprofit governance, campaign finance, and election and political law. She is passionate about preserving and strengthening democracy, government transparency, high-quality policy development, and civic education. Outside of work, Rachel is an insatiable reader and podcast consumer, amateur archer, and aspiring dog-owner.
