Our special guest Sylvia I. Garcia is the Acting Director of the Illinois Department of Commerce and EconomicOpportunity (DCEO), will be our keynote speaker for this event. Garcia is the first Latina in this position.

Join us as we celebrate each other. Together we are strong, we lift each other, we empower each other.
