We have invited Bridget Ford from the Headache Clinic to our meeting in Christchurch on Wednesday, 25th September at 1 pm. Bridget will be talking about headaches and their management, as well as what research is telling us about headaches in ME/CFS and long COVID.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in and have the time and wellbeing on the day, we look forward to seeing you.

✦ The venue is spacious and has comfy lounge chairs and padded side chairs with armrests.
✦ Afternoon tea is from 2pm to 3pm and is a great time to connect with others. Gluten free and dairy free options always available.

✦ Our in-person meetings in Christchurch are held on the last Wednesday of each month.
