A guided walk exploring London's Hampstead Heath, identifying and foraging edible plants, trees & fungi.

Led by local forager and organic vegetable grower Heath Bunting.

Optimum group size of 8 people.

Walk will also touch upon bush-craft survival skills; medicinal plants; wild soaps; cultivation and picking techniques; indigenous human habitats and landscapes; poisonous plants; food processing and preservation; and cutting and seed collection and sowing.

Kids go free.

Wear seasonal clothing.

Moderate fitness required.

Dogs welcome.
