About this Event
Come learn the ecological, economic, and human benefits of farming without tractors, tillage, or pesticides! Daniel will walk the fields with the group discussing soil health, increasing biodiversity, maximizing photosynthesis, and cover cropping.
Daniel owns and manages Frith Farm in Scarborough, Maine where he has practiced commercial no-till growing since 2010. He is the author of the book, The No-Till Organic Vegetable Farm: How to Start and Run a Profitable Market Garden That Builds Health in Soil, Crops, and Communities.

Admission is $20, sliding scale is available. Please pay the amount you are able.
Frith Farm offers free admissions to all events and workshops for BIPOC attendees.
Sliding scale donations and work-trade options are available to all attendees. The Frith Farm crew works 7am to 4pm Monday-Friday. We suggest 16 hours of work in exchange for the workshop.
