September First Friday Featuring Anne Soeder

Come Join us Friday, September 4th from 5pm to 8pm for the Opening of Our First Friday Exhibit, Featuring Artist of the Month, Anne Soeder. Here’s a little background on our September Artist….
Anne Soeder is a self-taught oil painter and commissioned pet portrait artist whose vibrant, expressive style is as unique as her journey into art. She began painting while recovering from serious leg injuries, beginning by watching Bob Ross tutorials and continuing taking instruction along the way. She loves to travel and has just returned from a Plein air artist retreat in Sicily.
After retiring from a successful first career in biostatistics, Anne discovered an interest in painting. Her deep love of animals shines through in her pet portraits, where she captures not only a pet’s likeness but also its personality and spirit.
When she’s not in the studio, Anne and her husband, Tom, dedicate their time to helping dogs in need through Salty Paws Dog Rescue. Whether on canvas or through rescue work, Anne’s creativity and compassion are at the heart of everything she does.
The Art Studio is currently Celebrating 15 Years and we have special events planned all year long! Please keep up to date on all the upcoming special events by following us:
