Join the Chief Noonday Chapter Albion to Homer Hike to experience the southern charm of our chapter.This out-and-back, 4-mile total hike, OR hikers can choose to hike the full linear 11-mile hike to Homer, where our chapter will have shuttles to take people back to Albion where their cars are parked.
Both hikes are natural and paved scenic road sections.
Restrooms available at Victory Park in Albion and in Homer.
Start Time: 9:30 am
START & END LOCATIONS & PARKING: For both short & long hikes: Victory Park, Albion; MI-1117 on Avenza Maps. Map coordinates: 42.23989,-84.74757
SHORT HIKE: will turn around at MI-1119 for 4 miles total.
LONG HIKE: will continue on for the full 11 miles to Grist Mill Park in Homer located at Avenza mile, MI-1128.
The chapter will have cars in Homer at the end point to shuttle hikers back to their cars at Victory Park in Albion.
All miles hiked on these hikes are in Calhoun county and eligible for the NCTA Hike 100 patch 2025, and the Chief Noonday Chapter 3 County Challenge 2025 patch & buff.
