September CEU Event: The Grateful Brain

The Grateful Brain will provide psychoeducation about the neuroscience of gratitude including benefits and techniques to incorporate being grateful into everyday life. Attendees will learn ways to implement cognitive techniques to assist clients with implementing better self-compassion. This presentation will also offer ways to use gratitude practices to assist clients with acknowledging inner strengths and attributes.

· Attendees will obtain information about the neurological benefits of gratitude

· Participants will be able to apply practical skills to implement gratitude

· Attendees will become familiar with ways to connect gratitude to client’s inner work
