September Beer Dinner @ BrewDog Cleveland

Join us for an unforgettable Beer Dinner experience at BrewDog Cleveland on Saturday, September 29th, from 6-9 PM!

Kick off the evening with a welcome Watershed Old Fashioned cocktail, and then dive into a four-course feast perfectly paired with craft brews and creative Watershed cocktails. Each course will be presented by our chef with a Q&A portion at the end of dinner, and we’ll have a special guest from Watershed Distillery on hand to enhance the evening with a guided presentation of their distillery and spirits.

The Menu:
? First Course: Autumn Salad with roasted butternut squash, heirloom tomatoes, golden raisins, almonds, and maple bourbon vinaigrette—paired with Mimosa Smash Cider.
? Second Course: Brown Butter Bourbon Ohio City Pasta with pumpkin sage gnocchi—paired with Hazy Jane IPA.
? Third Course: Kona Coffee Rub Short Rib with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and shiitake shallot bordelaise—paired with Millions of Peaches Cocktail featuring Watershed Bourbon.
? Fourth Course: Caramel Bourbon Blondie with Mitchell’s Ice Cream—paired with Black Heart Stout.

Tickets are $75 per person. A 20% gratuity plus applicable sales tax will be added to your bill on the night of the event.
