at The Studio space 6 , in central Gateshead

Explore the basics of burlesque in this cheeky workshop, learn how to peel and pose like a pro, slink and strut like a siren.

You will not be expected to strip! But if you want to who am I to say no!

You can however expect to have a tonne of fun, build up your body confidence, learn how to show your body off to it's full potential and gain some knowledge and experience in how to tease and please yourself and others.

Every month is different. Eavh workshop will focus on a different element of burlesque and have a different routine.

A bottle of water

The workshop will last 2hrs with a very short break is and will be suitable for all abilities but designed for beginners. Should you have any special requirements please contact hildy [email protected]

What To Wear

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO DRESS BURLESQUE APPROPRIATE! However please ensure anything you do wear is comfortable. Gym-wear or dance-wear is fine (something you can bend over in and covers what you want covered etc) Dance heels are fine for those accustomed to dancing in heels but for others either barefoot/socks or dance shoes are fine. Finally make sure that your outfit if safe (nothing that will fly off with movement etc).

Participants are asked to arrive in time for a 1pm start
