About this Event
Becoming Weatherwise: A History of Climate Science in America, an APS Museum exhibition, is open! The American Philosophical Society is delighted to have visitors back in the historic Philosophical Hall to explore the exhibition.
TIMED ENTRY
Timed entry tickets required for visitation. The time of your ticket notes the time frame in which you must arrive at the Museum. Visitors typically spend between 15-45 minutes in the exhibition.
Only 20 visitors will be allowed in the exhibition at a time. Visitors are welcome to explore the exhibition at their own pace. However, we ask visitors to be courteous and respectful towards other visitors or visitors in the next entry time.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES
At present, we strongly recommend visitors to wear appropriate face coverings.
We will be maintaining updated cleaning procedures and will provide hand sanitizer upon entry to the building.
When you enter the building, there will be a brief but mandatory bag check.
If you are unable to be vaccinated or have children under the age of 5 and would still like to visit in a safe environment, email us. We will work with you to find an appropriate visiting time.
