September 2026 Self-Defense Workshop

In partnership with USC’s Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention & Prevention (SAVIP) office, we are offering a self-defense workshop free of charge to all Columbia faculty, staff, and students. Space is limited, so register today.
This is a hands-on, interactive workshop. Wear comfortable clothing.

tools for personal safety. Through hands-on instruction, you
will learn how to:

- Deliver precise, effective strikes to an attacker's vulnerable points
- Build confidence, awareness, and preparedness in everyday situations

your skills, this free workshop is focused on proactive
