September 11th at 25: A Teach-In On An Unfinished Aftermath

For the generation with no lived memory of September 11th, the day exists as a frozen moment, disconnected from the present. But we are living inside the world that day made: DHS, ICE, the surveillance state, the securitization of immigration, anti-Muslim racism, and wars waged far beyond any congressional mandate.

Twenty-five years later — and on the anniversary of the Abu Ghraib torture scandal — join us for conversation, small group discussion, and the historical and political context that most of us were never taught.
