Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing to calm your nervous system, putting you into “rest and digest” state. It’s slow and meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into the sensations of your body. Poses are held for longer, with a focus on the breath and softening to stretch and go deep, while sound healing instruments are played live to enhance your relaxation.*** CLASSES BY DONATION! ***
Classes are donation-based: an offering from our hearts to yours! Suggested donation is $20, sliding-scale down to $10 for low-income students. Please pay what you can and support our wonderful teachers, so we can keep classes going for everyone!

Reach out in advance for arrival instructions for the studio.
Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) If the gate is up when you enter the parking lot, make sure to pull a ticket anyway -- you will need it to get out.
