Sept. Cacao Ceremony

Ceremonial Cacao has been used for centuries as a ceremonial way to help open the Heart and connect us deeper into our awareness and alignment.

Hear me Roehr and Zen Jen invite you to join in their Monthly Cacao Ceremony. During this Cacao Ceremony you will be guided through activities and meditation to take time to go within and find the guidance, clarity, and healing your body/mind/spirit is seeking. An intention for the event is decided upon once it gets closer to the date and revolves around the energy of the New Moon.

You will have the opportunity to enjoy a ceremonial cacao drink. As you sit and relax you will be guided into a meditative state while you receive individual and group energy healing from Alexandra of Hear Me Roehr as well as individual healing and bodywork from Jenny of ZenJen, and you will also experience a sound bath.

For the event:

DOOR CLOSE @ 6:55PM

- yoga mat and/or bolster and blanket provided

- recommend wearing comfortable clothing

- bring a journal if inspired to

- Parking in the back of the building

- Enter through Door B

Cacao Drink Ingredients:

- ceremonial cacao bark

- oat milk

- vanilla extract

- maple syrup
