About this Event

Have you ever laid there at the end of the day wondering

“What is it all for?”

“Is this really worth it?”“How long can I keep going like this?”

As men we were often taught that our measure as a man is shown by our success. We set big goals, big visions, and worked hard to achieve a lot. We put our head down and we make things happen. We are the ones that people count on, we are the ones that people look to for guidance and assurance in the office. We are leaders.

But somewhere in the mix our vision was added to. We added in a wife and children. Then part of the focus was creating more success to properly take care of the family because that is what men do, right? Yet in the midst of it there was other things screaming for my attention. The wife wanted more attention and quality time. The kids wanted more time and attention to play and do other things. So we try to make them understand out situation but silently start asking to ourselves…

”why don’t they see I am working so hard for THEM?”

”they don’t appreciate everything I am doing for them, all the work I put in so they can have and do more.”

The truth is that we are more comfortable at work. We know how to succeed there. We know how to easily get recognition for all the great things we achieve. It is easier to go celebrate the wins with the guys after with a few drinks then go home.

The tough part is you want to be a better father. You want to be the father that deep down you know you are capable of. You want to be present and attentive and not always thinking about work. You want to be emotionally available for your wife and kids….but it's just not something you have figured all out yet. It is tough because the rules are not clear cut and seem to always be changing so you don’t feel appreciated or connected at home.

But you want to be.

There is a space where we are NOT constantly bombarded with

- That feeling of not be appreciated

- That weight of pressure that you feel that nothing seems to be good enough

- The guilt of not being physically and/or mentally present

- The marriage that is tearing apart from neglect

So how do we get there?

It is not our wife and kids that really need to change.

We don't really need anyone to change... but ourselves, and a better code to live by

We can get to

- Feeling of connection and appreciation at home

- A thriving marriage

- Boundaries to be present mentally with family

- Peace that you are succeeding with it counts the most

The best part about this is that we can do all this while actually increasing our performance professionally too!

I can't lie as growing up I was always fascinated with high performance. I never liked losing (who does?), always felt I had to be the best. I was never satisfied with my accomplishments because there was always another level to hit. There is a lot I have achieved but marriage and fatherhood was my biggest challenges yet.

I had to fix a lot of things that were broken in me so I could be that father that I wanted to be. I had to come to terms with demons in order to reach the other side…but now I am helping others

As a John Maxwell Team, Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach, and helping lead a team doing $12million a year in operations I understand the importance of creating success in business. As a father, and a husband I understand the importance and responsibility to create success in the home.

So I invite you to join me and other men for a free masterclass where I will share the steps that will get you on the journey to being the father and husband you dream of being without losing all the success you have already created. And, we can have a safe place of discussion.
