The seoplus+ Run Club is hitting the pavement every Friday morning leading up to the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend - and it’s not just about getting miles in. It’s about giving back.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or want to start your mornings off with a walk, you’re welcome to join us. Let’s run / walk with purpose and help make a difference for youth in Ottawa.

Breakfast and the run club are free, but we ask you to consider donating to Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Ottawa or Kids Up Front. When you donate $50.00 or more, you receive a free seoplus+ Run Club t-shirt.

This weekly run club brings together seoplus+ team members and local business leaders to train, connect, and raise funds for a cause close to our hearts: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ottawa (BBBSO) and Kids Up Front. Our goal? Raise $2,500 to support youth mentorship programs that create life-changing opportunities for kids in our community.

BBBSO and Kids Up Front have long been a part of the seoplus+ story. Our company has supported the organizations for years, and several members of our team have personal ties to the power of mentorship.

Each Friday morning from April 10 to May 22, runners and walkers meet at Aberdeen Pavilion at 7 a.m. for a group run/walk along the Rideau Canal, followed by light breakfast and networking at the seoplus+ office.

There will be an afternoon run on May 14th at 4:30 pm.
