It’s time to play in our pleasure, be in our bodies and give your emotions & intuition some physical shapes.

This is your invitation to let go of expectations, get out of your head, and back into your body. Dance freely. Explore the poles. ---- Follow your curiosity & pleasure to a pole, or to the floor.
- Laugh. Connect. Take up space.
- Dance your turn on! Twerk and shake in a supportive space.
- Give your grief a lap dance.
- Be witnessed in your highest sensual self.
- And witness, support and your sisters.

No dance experience. No pole experience. No pressure to perform.

Just good music, good company, and a room full of women moving in ways that feel joyful, sensual, and alive. For the pole dancers, the pole curious, the sensual, and the sensual curious.
Lots of freestyle time but also:
💜 guided breath & grounding ...and body waves, and spirals.
💜Guided wam ups and a short pole demo and lesson. No need to use the poles. But maybe today is the day?

🍑Oh… and there may be a papaya/peach eating contest. (May the slowest & more skilled eater win!)
Join ecstatic dance guide and Earth Goddess Koreen, sensuality and tantra teacher, and Angie Myss, pole dancer and creator of brave spaces, for an evening of movement, music, connection, and play.
📆 When: July 31 7pm- 930pm, arrive before 7 pm to settle in and warm up.
