Sensual Movement Exploration

In this class, you’ll be guided through various movement exercises and a small amount of choreography to support you in your sensual expression and release.

About the Instructor:

Paulina has been dancing since 2003, training in a variety of styles. In April 2023, she created and started directing Collective POV, a movement group curated for the exploration of sensuality through various styles of movement and building community through collaborative growth. She is also currently a member of Double Ts, a project team based out of Oakland.

Paulina has been teaching classes since 2020, specifically heels and sensual styles since 2021. The goal of her classes is to create a supportive, inclusive, exploratory, and empowering environment, to be in community, and for everyone to feel excited to perform/share!
